Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.

4. Matching and Communications

We facilitate introductions between GPs and LPs. We do not endorse or verify users' representations. Any subsequent communications or transactions are solely between the parties.

5. Text Messages

Sloan, our concierge, may text you about your account and the Service.

Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply START to resume.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

6. No Investment Advice

We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by GP-LP Match or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GP-LP Match is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
