4. Matching and Communications

We facilitate introductions between GPs and LPs. We do not endorse or verify users' representations. Any subsequent communications or transactions are solely between the parties.

We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by GP-LP Match or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
